High School Training Group
Swimmers in 9th - 12th grade who are interested in getting in shape on a seasonal basis for competitive swim seasons or other high school sports. This group is offered 3-4 days a week and attendance is determined on an individual basis. USA Swimming meets will be offered for this group based on group interest.
2025 Session Dates and Pricing:
- Spring 2025: March 24th - May 22nd ($300)
Practice Times:
- Spring Hours: Monday through Thursday 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Equipment: Not required.
- Fins
- Paddles - One pair of Strokemaker
- Equipment Bag
- Goggles
