High School Training Group
Swimmers in 9th - 12th grade who are interested in getting in shape on a seasonal basis for competitive swim seasons or other high school sports. This group is offered 3-4 days a week and attendance is determined on an individual basis. USA Swimming meets will be offered for this group based on group interest.
2024 Session Dates and Pricing:
- Winter 2024: January 8th - March 14th ($325)
Practice Times:
- School Hours: Monday through Thursday 5:00 - 6:00 pm
