High School Training Group
Swimmers in 9th - 12th grade who are interested in getting in shape on a seasonal basis for competitive swim seasons or other high school sports. This group is offered up to 4 days a week and attendance is determined on an individual basis. USA Swimming meets will be offered for this group based on group interest.
2026 Session Dates and Pricing:
- Winter 2026: January 12th - March 12th ($325)

- School Hours: Monday through Thursday 4:00 - 5:00 pm
